The Client engages the Planners Services to perform the following duties with regards to the event:

Two consultations prior to event: 60 days before and 30 days before
1 hour ceremony rehearsal prior to event and up to 10 hours of day-of services
Management and communication of vendors before and during event
Assistance in development of day-of timeline and execution of agreed upon timeline
Emergency wedding day kit is provided if needed
Assurance that event day runs smoothly and unexpected problems are handled swiftly so that bride and wedding party are able to enjoy their event
Understands that the coordinator will make decisions based on peoples and the venues safety
Costs for this service is added onto total cost of venue rental, due one month prior to event
