Reserving Your Date
To reserve your date we require you to fill out our booking paperwork and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit does go toward your whole rental price! The remaining amount is due one month before your date.

Smoking
We do not allow smoking or any open flames.
Handicap Accessible
Our venue is completely handicap accessible with 4 different ramp accesses to the barn. Bathrooms are also handicap compliant. If you have guests that need accommodations please let us know so that we can best assist them!
Location
Our venue is on State Route 571 West in Greenville, Ohio, just 40 minutes from Dayton. We are in the country but close enough to the city for any of Greenville's amazing local vendors!
Capacity
Our round barn will comfortably accommodate around 175 people, with space for a dance floor. Our capacity is 239.
Weather
If you're worried about the weather, our barn is completely climate-controlled. You'll be comfortable no matter the season!
Creating your space
With our open layout, you can design the space how you want it. The space includes 22 round tables (seating 8), 8 rectanglular tables, 2 wooden harvest tables, 200+ white folding chairs, 10 head-table chairs, and our mobile bar.
Decorations
Decorate as much or as little as you like! We provide our rustic fireplace mantle, harvest tables, and other decorations for rent. We do not allow nails, screws, glitter, synthetic flower petals, or open flames.
Bar + Alcohol
We provide the bartenders, you provide the alcohol! You can choose to put our mobile bar anywhere in the space you'd like. Our bar-tenders are an added service, but we provide ice at no additional cost!
DJ/Music
You can bring in any DJ! Just be sure that they will bring in their own equipment as we do not have a sound system. We have Wifi and multiple outlets for your DJ to set up anywhere in our space. Check out our preferred vendors if you need some suggestions!

Parking
Our parking lot can accomate up to 68 cars but we have additional parking, should you need it! Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up no later than 10AM the next morning.
