Location
Our venue is on West 571 in Greenville, Ohio, just 40 minutes from Dayton. We are in the country but close enough to the city for any of Greenville's amazing local vendors!
Capacity
Our round barn will likely be able to accommodate up to 200- 225 people, with space for a dance floor.
Weather
If you're worried about the weather, our barn is completely climate-controlled. You'll be comfortable no matter the season!
Creating your space
With our open layout, you can design the space how you want it. The space includes 25 round tables (seating 8), 6 rectanglular tables, 2 wooden harvest tables, 250 white folding chairs, 12 head table chairs, and our mobile bar.
Decorations
Decorate as much or as little as you like! We provide white table linens, our rustic fireplace mantle, and our grass photo wall at no additional cost. We do not allow nails, screws, gilter, or open flames.
Bar + Alcohol
We provide the bartenders, you provide the alcohol! You can choose to put our mobile bar anywhere in the space you'd like. Our bar-tenders (2) are an added service for $30 an hour. We provide ice at no additional cost!
DJ/Music
Though we have a recommended DJ you can hire, you can bring in any DJ and they are welcome to connect to our sound systems or bring in their own equipment. We do have a sound limit of .... decibles in respect of our neighbors.
The Caboose + The Box Car
The train cars right next to the venue, serve as our bride + groom suites! Both cars include bathrooms, a stocked kitchenette, and space for you and your closest friends to pamper + prep yourselves for your big day!
Parking
Our parking lot can accomate up to 80 cars but we have additional parking, should you need it. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up no later than 10AM the next morning.
Your Day
When you book a wedding with us, you have the whole day to use the space- from 9AM to 11PM. 11 to midnight is allowed for clean-up time. By midnight all persons should be off the property.
Handicap Accessible
Our venue is completely handicap accessible, with 3 different ramp accesses to the barn. Bathrooms are also handicap compliant. If you have guests that need accomodations please let us know so that we can best assist them!
Smoking
We do not allow smoking or any open flames. Should a guest need to smoke, they must do so in the parking lot.
Reserving Your Date
To reserve your date we require you to sign our reservation contract and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit. Our calendar on our webiste will always be up to date so you can choose a day that is available!
